In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address user complaints and concerns.

Response Times
- Acknowledgment: within 24 hours of receiving the complaint
- Resolution: within 15 days of acknowledgment
- Complex matters requiring third-party input may take up to 30 days — we will keep you informed
How to File a Complaint
- Email support@getsignaliq.app with subject: “Grievance: [brief description]”
- Include your registered email address and workspace name
- Describe the issue, any relevant dates, and what resolution you are seeking
- Attach any supporting screenshots or documentation if applicable
Types of Grievances Handled
- Data privacy concerns and DPDP rights requests
- Complaints regarding platform features or service quality
- Account access issues
- Billing disputes not resolved through normal support
- Reports of Terms of Service violations by other users
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may escalate to:
- Data Protection Board of India (for DPDP Act complaints, once operational)
- Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
