In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address user complaints and concerns.

Response Times

  • Acknowledgment: within 24 hours of receiving the complaint
  • Resolution: within 15 days of acknowledgment
  • Complex matters requiring third-party input may take up to 30 days — we will keep you informed

How to File a Complaint

  1. Email support@getsignaliq.app with subject: “Grievance: [brief description]”
  2. Include your registered email address and workspace name
  3. Describe the issue, any relevant dates, and what resolution you are seeking
  4. Attach any supporting screenshots or documentation if applicable

Types of Grievances Handled

  • Data privacy concerns and DPDP rights requests
  • Complaints regarding platform features or service quality
  • Account access issues
  • Billing disputes not resolved through normal support
  • Reports of Terms of Service violations by other users

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may escalate to:

  • Data Protection Board of India (for DPDP Act complaints, once operational)
  • Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
