Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SignalIQ. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business or organisation.

The Service is currently in Beta. Features may change, be removed, or become unavailable without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. By using the Beta, you accept that the platform may be unstable and that some features are incomplete.

The workspace Admin is responsible for all actions taken by team members within that workspace. You must ensure that all users added to your workspace comply with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

By connecting a social account, you warrant that you have the legal authority to grant SignalIQ access to that account via the platform’s official OAuth mechanism. You agree not to connect accounts belonging to third parties without their explicit consent.

All prices are exclusive of GST (18%). GST will be added at checkout.

• Full refund available within 7 days of the billing date
• No refund after 7 days from billing date
• Maximum one refund per customer per calendar year
• To request a refund, email support@getsignaliq.app with subject “Refund Request”
• Processed within 5–7 business days via Razorpay
• No refund if account was terminated for Terms violation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with one-click cancellation in the billing settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you have a 30-day window to export your data before it is scheduled for deletion.

SignalIQ relies on official APIs from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google (YouTube), TikTok, and X/Twitter. We are not liable for any disruptions, data loss, or feature degradation caused by changes to these third-party APIs, platform policy updates, or API downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to API changes in a timely manner.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users’ workspace data
• Scrape or extract data using automated means beyond normal platform use
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social platform (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source code from the Service

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Hyderabad, India.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
